• All products sold are mod watches using original Seiko movements with aftermarket parts

• ChronoHub MY is not affiliated with Seiko Watch Corporation

• Product images are for reference only; minor variations may occur

Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment or deposit is received

• Custom and preorder orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Warranty & Returns

• Warranty covers movement only (terms apply)

• No warranty for case, dial, hands, crystal, bracelet, or strap

• Returns are accepted only for verified movement defects

Shipping

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is shipped

Liability

• ChronoHub MY shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays, or misuse of products

• Customers are responsible for proper use and care of the watch
