At ChronoHub MY, all watches are custom-built or limited ready stock, therefore please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns

Returns are only accepted if the watch is received with a movement defect

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item

The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Refunds

No refunds for change of mind, design preference, or incorrect selection

Custom / preorder items are strictly non-refundable

If a valid movement defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the movement

Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not possible
