Return & Refund Policy

At ChronoHub MY, all watches are custom-built or limited ready stock, therefore please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the watch is received with a movement defect

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Refunds

  • No refunds for change of mind, design preference, or incorrect selection

  • Custom / preorder items are strictly non-refundable

  • If a valid movement defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the movement

  • Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not possible

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built watches

  • Preorder items

  • Watches damaged by misuse, impact, water exposure, or third-party modification

  • Normal wear & tear or cosmetic imperfections

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • ChronoHub MY will cover shipping back to the customer after repair or replacement
